System Criteria

The Firestone EPDM Fully Adhered System can be applied on any building where the substrate is compatible with Bonding Adhesive to provide sufficient adhesion.
For insulated roofs the ability of the roof deck to provide sufficient pull out resistance for the fastening system should be established.

System Installation

The EPDM membrane is fully adhered directly to the substrate using Firestone Bonding Adhesive. When necessary, adjoining sheets are overlapped and spliced with QuickSeam Splice Tape. All flashings around roof perimeters and penetrations are installed in accordance with Firestone specifications (pdf 756 kB).
